By downloading or using Bespoke Ironclad FlightPath PRO, you agree to these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE

These Terms govern your use of Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO, operated by Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC.

2. USE OF THE APP

Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO is a flight training management tool. It does not replace official FAA documentation, your instructor's guidance, or your Pilot's Operating Handbook. You are solely responsible for all decisions made during flight operations.

3. ACCOUNTS

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

• Free features are available at no charge.

• Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.

• Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase with no refund after consumption, except where required by law.

• To cancel, use your iPhone's App Store subscription settings.

5. DISCLAIMER

Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO is provided "as is." We make no warranties that the app is error-free or that data extracted by AI scanning is 100% accurate. Always verify logbook data before submitting to the FAA or an examiner.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland (MD), USA.
