Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO

By downloading or using Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO, you agree to these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
These Terms govern your use of Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO, operated by Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC only, not Apple.
2. SCOPE OF LICENSE
Subject to these Terms, Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, including via Family Sharing.
3. USE OF THE APP
Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO is a flight training management tool.
It does not replace official FAA documentation, your instructor's guidance, or your Pilot's Operating Handbook.
You are solely responsible for all decisions made during flight operations.
4. ACCOUNTS
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
• Free features are available at no charge.
• Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
• Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase with no refund after consumption, except where required by law.
• To cancel, use your iPhone's App Store subscription settings.
6. WARRANTY / APPLE REFUND
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
7. DISCLAIMER
Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO is provided "as is." We make no warranties that the app is error-free or that data extracted by AI scanning is 100% accurate. Always verify logbook data before submitting to the FAA or an examiner.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland (MD), USA.
10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE / EXPORT CONTROL
By using Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO, you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government trade embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted persons.
By using Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please do not download or use the Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO Application (App).
11. THIRD PARTY TERMS
By using Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of service, including your wireless carrier's data service agreement when using the App over a mobile network.
12. PRODUCT CLAIMS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) RIGHTS
In the event of any product liability claims, regulatory compliance claims, consumer protection or privacy claims, or IP claims relating to Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO, Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC is solely responsible.
Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property (IP) infringement claim.
13. APPLE APP STORE TERMS
This agreement is between you and Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC only, not with Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO.
In the event of any product liability or IP claims, Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC is solely responsible.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against the End-User as a third party beneficiary thereof.
Bespoke Ironclad Solutions LLC is solely responsible for providing all maintenance and support services for the Application (App) - Bespoke Ironclad FlightPathPRO.
